[SOLVED] Can't Disable Turbo-Mode

So I'm trying to Overclock my CPU, but for whatever reason I can't disable Turbo-Mode.

I have a 4690k and a Asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2. When I get in the UEFI I set it to Manual, and then I disable Turbo-Mode. However when I change the Core Ratio it automatically turns Turbo-Mode back on. What do I do?

Does it turbo above your overclock afterwards? If not don't worry about it

If i set it to 41mghz it makes that the turbo boost which means I still am not accessing those speeds unless the temp is there which it isnt.

You don't want it running at 4.1 all day long. There's no need, as long as it speeds up there on all cores when needed you're good
