Question Can't Disable Vsync

System Specs:
MoBo: MSI MPG Gaming Edge AC
CPU: i7 9700k @4.9 GHz
GPU: Nvidia GTX 1080 FE
Memory: 16GB OLOy Warhawk 3600 MHz
Drives: 1 TB Seagate Hardrive
500 GB Samsung 850 SSD

I've tried and tried and tried to disable Vsync, in the actual game settings, in the Nvidia Control Panel, even tried turning off Gsync, and still nothing. A little help anyone?

some games have frame lock (which is not vsync)
on which games u cant disable vsync?

Really have only tried CS:GO and Minecraft so far.
