Can't do anything without running as administrator

Ever since I reinstalled Windows 10, my system drive has been denying me access/permission for pretty much everything I try to do. I have to manually run everything as administrator or it gives me error messages stating I don't have permission.

A recent example is trying to install a game from Steam - first it wouldn't let me install steam itself, so I had to run the installer as admin. Then installing the game itself, same problem. Now an update is available but it won't let me install it unless I exit steam then restart it as admin...

Another example, trying to create a new text file on C, it says "Error 0x80070522: A Required Privelge is not held by the client"

I already have "full control" of the entire drive in the security tab (everything except Special Permissions, which is greyed out. There is only one user account, mine, and it is the administrator.

I just don't know what the problem is. I've never had this problem before. Even the two previous installs of Windows 10 were perfectly fine.

Solution
try setting up a homegroup, it may fix the permissions up: http://www.windowscentral.com/how-setup-and-manage-windows-10-homegroup-local-network

Could try making a new local user and see if same things happen to it: https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/instantanswers/5de907f1-f8ba-4fd9-a89d-efd23fee918c/create-a-local-user-account-in-windows-10 - you can make it admin and copy all the user folders of current user onto old so it has same files.

Could do a full reset but thats sort of last step as it means reinstalling everything again.

User accounts in Win 10 need work, they seem to corrupt much easier than before.
