Can't do ANYTHING.

I am stuck in a automatic repair loop. It does not repair anything. It says automatic repair can't repair my pc. The SrtTrail.txt log says boot/EFI/winsipolicy.p7b is corrupted but I found out the complete file is missing. (Error code 0x57)

The pc deleted all my backups.

I tried to reset my pc by using the built in factory reset. After it was 100% done it undo'd it and said it failed. No clue why

I then did the media creation tool to reset my pc. And it cancelled too.

What are my options?

I would use the media creation tool to create a bootable USB windows 10 installer from another PC, then boot your PC from that, and reformat your drive completely, and attempt to reinstall Windows 10.

As I said, I already did so 2 times. The purple thing right? Yeah it was on 100% and then failed and said "failed to do next step"

USB didn't work, so I bought a recovery disc which did work
