I have a Toshiba Qosmio i5 with windows 7. The hard drive was replaced and Windows 7 reinstalled. I can no longer play 3D games. My monitor hibernates now too. I get a low score of 1.0 for performance on my graphics as well. Not sure what grapics card I had originally. I am not computer literate. Can someone help me? I called Toshiba and they had me install Intel drivers and Nividia but neither one of them "took" so I am wondering do I uninstall the VGA adapter now and try downloading the drivers again or just get a new computer? So confused. I think my computers HD crashed due to heat. 6.00 GB 64 bit, Thanks for any help

You need to go to the Toshiba web site and look for the graphic drivers for your machine. You will need to know what model Laptop it is which should be on the machine its self some where. Usually you can find the drivers under support on the site. If you provide us with the model number and OS bit type , It will be either 32 or 64 bit, we can help you look it up and get the proper drivers.

EDIT: here is a link to where you need to go. enter your model number or serial number and down load the GPU drivers from there site. http://support.toshiba.com/drivers

Okay well I did all what you are telling me. Model number is PQF65C 02n02D. Already did all that at the Toshiba website. Tried the Intel driver and nada...so tried the Nividia and nada. As I mentioned above I have a 64 bit

I live in Canada. So had to use the Toshiba Canada website. I tried downloading the Intel driver 8.15.10.2082 just the other day and did a reboot and nothing. So then I tried to get the Nividea display driver 8.17.12.6064 and rebooted and nothing. Still can't play without major slow motion in my 3D Farmville 2.
