Hey guys,
so I got new cpu and mobo (i5 6600k and asus z170-a) but I don't have disk drive, so I installed the asus drivers from the site, only thing is, every setup is an asus one, then gives me the error when I run it saying 'Does not support this operating system:WNT_10.0P_64'

I managed to get internet connection as I downloaded the intel driver from their site! can anyone help please?

thanks, rob

With a new MB, you will normally need to install windows from scratch. Unless it is the same model or very similar like the same manufacturer too. And what did you mean by, "but I don't have disk drive?" Are you using the original drive? If so, you probably need to re-install windows. Save everything that you do not want to lose first. Then install windows from scratch. You should be able to install the drivers, then. The drive you are using still has the other board's drivers and configuration files on it.

Yeah thats the website, i downloaded the drivers for windows 10, unzipped them and ran the file 'asussetup' and i get the error,i have no idea why this is

Try right-clicking on the "asussetup" file and make sure to run it as administrator.

If that doesn't work, you can try the "Troubleshoot compatibility" option.
