Cant download anything, Does anyone know how to fix this? (Virus) (Video in Thread)

So anyone know a fix except reinstalling? because i have a shit internet and i have over 100 Gb of important files here and no i dont have an external Hard drive

Is that chrome you are in? have you tried using any other browser like Edge or Internet Explorer? has anything changed on your PC since last use? have you already ran a updated your virus definitions and ran a scan? have you tried downloading anything else other than what it is in this video (like firefox) to determine if the issue is not with you but with this sites server?

yes i have (tried with firefox) and same issue persists and yes i tried dl something else and b4 this tjere was a virus but i cleaned it up with hitman pro and ccleaner and just like i said id want to reinstall W because there are over 100Gb of important data

Hitman nor CCleaner are not trustworthy imo, try enabling and running a scan of windows defender. If there was a virus I'm guessing there is still something that hasn't been detected or said virus actually hasn't been removed. If that doesn't work back up your data and reinstall. Also, evaluate browsing and downloading habits. Use Defender paired with free version of Malwarebytes or buy full version of Malwarebytes upon reinstall make sure you keep PC up to date as well as AV definitions

Have you ran Malwarebytes antimalware and anti addware ? Also try Protect Scan portable.

Do you have any unusual programs running in task manager? Something that you don't recognize?
Does it happen in safe mode with network support?

Very recently I had a root virus which was undetectable by any other programs/anti viruses/anti malware/ etc, etc. When I ran this program from USB in recovery mode it cleaned the virus on its own.

just saw that "Threat Service Has Stopped" in W Defender so?

NVM fixed it but still havent tried the MB thing

but still has the mediafire issue in the process i see WebHelper (32-Bit) and thats the first time im seeing it
