Question Can't Download Windows Error 0x80300024

I'm having issues downloading windows to my ssd for some reason. When trying to download windows 10 to my ssd it is coming up with error code 0x80300024.

CPU - Ryzen 5 2600
GPU - RX 570 4g
Motherboard - B450M pro
SSD - 240g PNY
PSU - 550 watt EVGA BR
