Question Cant drag/move windows (win10)

Seems im unable to drag windows of folders in windows 10 without minimmizing . is there a fix for this ?

sorry for wasting time.

It is on windos icon > gear (windows config) > system > multitasking settings >

enable the first option (adjust windows). all 3 options under adjust windows

done


note that my pc is not currently in english. if something is different from what i typed maybe someone may correct it to english.
