Question Can't edit the Hosts file in any way

I can't edit the hosts file in any way. I can't even change the permissions of the hosts file to allow me to block malicous websites, since Windows security blocking this, and say "Access Denied".
What I can do?

Install Notepad++, open notepad++ in administrator mode, then try opening and editing the file there.

I tried with special hosts editing software called "Hosts File Editor", and Windows 10 blocked it with "Access is Denied". I think this would be the case with Notepad++.
