[SOLVED] Cant enable G sync

I can't enable G Sync, I have a dell S2421HGF display, I should be able to. It says on their site which I added images so you can see, in their tutorial to enable it, they say to check in monitor technology that its on g sync, but I don't have that option either

What gpu?
What cable, HDMI or Display Port? Needs to be DP.

Gpu rtx 3060 cable regular hdmi, also connects to hdmi and for some reason it says HDTV or smth like that

Why an adapter? You want display port to display port cable.

As sizzling says, Nvidia only supports G-Sync with a DisplayPort cable, that also means no adaptors. you have to connect from DisplayPort out on the GPU to DisplayPort In on the monitor using a DisplayPort cable.
Any other type of cable wont work with G-Sync.
