Can't Enable Integrated Graphics

I get no display when connecting my HDMI to my motherboard and I know that im supposed to re-enable integrated graphics. I plug my HDMI into my graphics card, run the MSI bios and go to switch to the said graphics. However, when I go to integrated graphics configuration there's no options to change whatsoever. Try removing the graphics card and then try using the iGPU. Modern motherboards have a feature that disable iGPU when a discrete GPU is detected

I've tried removing the graphics card, but there still isn't any display. Would plugging a dvi cable instead of a HDMI cable into the motherboard fix the display issue by any chance?

Integrated graphics may only be available on your particular motherboard when an APU is installed (that's a CPU with an integrated graphics chip).

It's only a guess however, since you haven't posted any motherboard or CPU details.

Sorry, my motherboard is a MSI Mortar B350, my cpu is an AMD Ryzen 5, and the graphics card is a GeForce gtx 1050 To.
