cant enable usb keyboard support in bios setup. option is not access able

i wan to enable usb keyboard support in bios setup . i can see that the option is disabled . but the problem is i cant access .

1| We could offer some assistance if we knew what you were working with, i.e if you could please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your connected peripherals.
2| Have you tried using your mouse, if your BIOS is in UEFI mode?
3| Have you tried removing your motherboard's CMOS battery and replacing it after 15 minutes and then trying to see if you can enable your keyboard support?
