Question Can't enter a match in Warzone 2 ?

When i enter a match in Warzone 2 the game freezes in the pre-game screen but i still hear the game music. i need to wait 5 mins to get a time out error and from then on i can play the game normally. how can i fix it ?

updated the drivers
but i kept the reinstallation as a last resort

I would use a tool like msi afterburner and watch the usage of the parts (I suspect the ram is filling up or your hdd is getting taxed)....
