Question Can't enter BIOS setup on Gigabyte Aorus Z890 Elite WiFi7

I have a new Gigabyte Aorus Z890 Elite WiFi7 motherboard. It will not enter BIOS setup. I have tried all the suggestions that I can find, including:
  • Continually pressing DELETE while it is booting. I also tried other keypresses such as ESCAPE, F2, F8 and END.
  • I did not set FAST BOOT. If it is set then it defaulted to that.
  • I have downloaded all the latest BIOS updates and I have attempted to install them by using Q-Flash and Q-Flash Plus, including by pressing the Q-Flash button on the MB while a USB stick is inserted into the BIOS port on the MB. There is no response when I do that.
This MB is known to have a serious problem with Windows 11 Version 24H2 , which has reportedly been fixed by one of the BIOS updates. Until I update the BIOS, Windows refuses to install Version 24H2 and presumably all future updates. So, fixing this must happen.

I am near the end of my Amazon Return Window and have contacted Gigabyte Tech Support, but they have not responded.

Help, please, anyone!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You might want to go ahead and return the board instead of eating into your return window, IMHO.

As for this;

Did you perform steps outlined in this guide;

? The board in the video is of a different chipset but the principle remains the same.

Lastly, have you tried clearing the CMOS? In order to do so, you should disconnect from the wall and display, then remove the CMOS battery, press and hold down the power button for 30mins to drain residual power, then reseat the CMOS battery.

I had already cleared the CMOS, to no avail.
However, the link you provided did the trick and I was able to update the BIOS to the latest NON-BETA version. Thank you so, so much!
However, Windows update still fails. I know that for some reason I have had that problem with other computers and if I just wait, after a few days to a week it will update. Have you experienced that? If it won't update by the time I get within a day of my Amazon return window closing, I will return it. Agree?

I realize this can be difficult now that many people are using m.2 drives but you could try disconnecting all of your drives so that the motherboard has no place to go other than the bios. And Fast Boot is the default on many motherboards.
Thank you. I had read that, too. However, I was able to cure it by following the link that Titan provided.
I appreciate you for taking the time to answer.
