Question can't enter bios

I just built my first pc and when it entered bios i clicked boot from flash drive now when the pc starts up it says exit flash mode and has a black screen. I've tried taking the cmos battery out, putting a screwdriver on the jbat pins, everything i can think of. if i take out 1 of the ram sticks it says to enter setup or save changes and continue but after picking one it still says exit flash mode. i have an msi b450m pro-m2 v2 and the psu is a 450w seasonic. Did i brick my computer or do i just need to press something?

I fixed it just had to take out the cos and wait a bit longer. now i just need this thread closed or deleted
