So recently when I turn on my computer my gadgets will half load and my internet shows the connecting symbol with the green circle in front of the icon. At that point I know nothing will load. None of my programs nothing. Only way at this point to get my computer to completely to turn on is force rebooting it repeatedly until the gadgets, internet, and windows explorer all load properly. Then I know Im good to go. Im a busy guy so been putting up with this for a few months but finally have some time to fix it.

My second problem now is that I can not enter system startup repair because my MSI gaming mobo's splash screen comes up while im hitting F8 and then it just starts up without entering repair. Does anyone know how to get around this with a MSI mobo/bios startup in the way?

Or does anyone know how to fix my original problem with my computer not starting until force resetting it 3 or 4 times?

Try to boot into safe mode. Scan your computer with Malwarebytes and a good antivirus. Also, completely disable Windows Gadgets. The gadget platform is a vacuum for nasty lil buggers that like to eat your system.

Thanks Ill give that a go later today. I dont think its malware though. I have malwarebytes pro real time protection and kapersky. And I guess I dont need the gadgets. That defiantly could be the problem right there. Will post back later if that works / pick your solution.

EDIT: Tried what you suggested and no go. Currently trying to turn off certain start up programs.
