When i go to:
Windows settings > update and security > recovery > advanced startup > restart pc into advanced startup > go to UEFI firmware settings > restart to open UEFI firmware settings,
the PC just restarts normally into windows 10, and trying to enter BIOS by using the keyboard keys while the pc boots up also does nothing ?

one thing that used to work was go into the blue menu that shows UEFI firmware settings or just the blue menus in general, and restart PC, then hit Del or whatever it is on BIOS

as after going in here pc is actually off and might offer more time at startup

turning this off might help getting in at startup = https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/4189-turn-off-fast-startup-windows-10-a.html

resetting cmos probably get you into bios but its rather drastic and that menu should work.

might want to run this
right click start button

choose powershell (admin)

type SFC /scannow and press enter

once its completed, copy/paste this command into same window:

Repair-WindowsImage -Online -RestoreHealth and press enter

SFC...

didn't work either

It varies between manufacturers and boards. What is your motherboard model? A simple Google search of " [motherboard model] BIOS key" should give you the correct input. Restart your PC and common practice is to spam the key, it should bring you to the BIOS/UEFI before or during the manufacturer splash screen.

I'd already viewed the manual for the OP's motherboard from Asus's website before making my post. It says that the BIOS hotkey is either DEL or F2.
It's in section 3.2 on page 62.

If fast boot is enabled that will not work.

it was already off
