Question Can't even start a game in CS Xtreme V6

Everytime i try to play a game with bots,it instantly shows the loading screen,that is not even working at all. Can you guys help me?
I even can't join a server...i cant understand this..

and what is this pc full system spec? include make and model of the psu
cpu/gpu temp and usage during the game?
ram/hdd/sdd usage?
