I have had this computer for over 2 years now, I have factory reset it a few times. The past few months it started getting slow again, so I tried, but it automatically says "Had a problem resetting your pc: no changes were made" or something along those lines. Doesn't matter if it's keep files or clear drives, it doesn't work. I can't do a clean install of windows since this computer came with windows pre-installed, my computer has became so slow and it's irritating. If anyone could help me that'd be great. Thank you.

NOTE: this is not the same as factory reset. This is installing a vanilla version of windows with no bloat ware but also no drivers for your specific laptop.
Thus you will need to go to your OEMs website and manually download all the drivers for it for Win 10.

Now this advise is still the best advice because either your recovery partition is corrupted or something else is wrong and thus this is the only way to fix it.
