I bought this IP Camera and a PoE switch to use with it, but I can't figure out shit.

It didn't come with any sort of manual just the camera in a box.

I've used multiple programs to try and figure it out but I'm at a loss.

Anything anyone can suggest for me?

Solution
Someone posted a solution on amazon:

1) Connect camera using POE injector and a network cable to the NIC on my laptop.
2) Configure the NIC on my laptop to IP address 192.168.1.100. (same subnet as cameras default listed in original review)
3) Install CMS software from disk provided with camera onto the laptop.
4) Start CMS software and add a new device.
4a) Click on System
4b) Click on Device Manager
4c) Click on Add Area (give it a name. I used Main)
4d) Select the new area and click Add Device. Use the IP address of 192.168.1.10 (the default discovered in original review)
5) Dbl-click the new device listed in the menu. (192.168.1.10)
6) A camera feed should appear, Mine is called CAM01. You should be able to view the video feed.
7)...
Okay...

The way I would proceed is to use a known working ethernet cable to connect the camera directly to my router. Then push any reset buttons to get the camera back to its defaults.

Then I would run some sort of iP scan (nmap, Advanced IP scanner) or otherwise try to determine what IP address (if any) has been assigned to the camera via the router's DHCP range. (Note if camera has a MAC on it you can try a static IP assigned to that MAC....)

If an IP address can be identified/established then I would go to my browser and enter that IP in hopes of getting to the camera's admin pages and default settings via the default admin information.

Hereare a couple more links:

Not the same camera you have but they may provide some guidance with respect to the IP's and admin setup. Hopefully your camera will be similar.

The manual does mention some necessary downloads. May or may not work for your OS and camera. Should give you some additional clues with respect to other downloads that may be more appropriate and applicable.

If you cannot make any progress at all, then the camera may be defective and need to be returned.

7) Right click on the device (not the camera feed) and select Device Config.
8) Select the Network Icon. This will open the Network Config page.
9) Click the checkbox for DHCP enable. Click OK.
10) Disconnect camera from laptop and connect to your main network. If the camera does not power off unplug it and plug it back in after connecting the network feed to your network.
11) Go into router and look for discovered devices. I found mine on 192.168.0.22.
12) I then added a reservation into my router for this device so that it always gets the above IP every time.
13) Reset laptop's network connection back to DHCP.
