[SOLVED] Can't Figure Out what is wrong with my laptop

I have a Gigabyte AORUS 15P XD laptop with RTX 3070 and when I play games i have very low fps compared to other laptops with the same specs. In addition my ram and cpu are running very poorly.

Run sfc /scannow in an elevated command prompt, then reboot.
If the laptop is plugged in, make sure your Windows power plan setting and Nvidia Control Panel power setting are both set to maximum performance.

If the above does not work, run Windows update and update to the latest patch, which resolves known gaming performance issues brought on by the last big 22H2 update.

IT appears to have helped a little but still having poorish performance.
