Can't find a free software to convert my 600 mb flv file into a mp4 file

Hello, I just started recording on OBS, and after a while, when I was on mp4, I was checking the videos I recorded and realized that my mp4 files kept coming up with this error that it might be corrupted. Because of that, I changed to flv knowing that I could recover the corrupted files. After I was done recording, I knew I had to convert it. I kept looking up videos how to convert it, downloaded 3+ softwares, and every one of the software's said "error" or "file too large". Other ones just looked like viruses. Does anyone know any free softwares to convert my large FLV file into a MP4 file?

Did you try Handbrake?

Maybe since your mp4 files came up as broken as well there is some problem and all your captures are broken?

Nope, ill give it a shot

Avidemux is also a viable alternative, as long as the video files isn't corrupted.
