I started my computer for the first time and I stuck a usb (which has the Windows Installation Media on it) in the computer. But now I get the message "reboot and select proper Boot device
Insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key"
I hope you can understand and help me

I see for like 1 second "Press DEL key to enter setup menu, F11 to enter boot menu. Press <Ctrl+F5> to activate M-flash for BIOS update". Do I have to press Ctrl F5 then?
Press F11 or DEL and see if you can do it in either of those places. Cntrl + F5 is not what you want or need.
I started my computer for the first time and I stuck a usb (which has the Windows Media creation tool on it) in the computer. But now I get the message "reboot and select proper Boot device

USB with Windows Media Creation Tool (single executable file) copied on it will do nothing.
You have to run windows media creation tool and create Windows Installation Media on USB.
