Can't find a quality 1150 Z-97 motherboard

After spending hours on ebay, amazon, et al, I'm about ready to give up. Yes, I know mfrs. have stopped making these motherboards, so the only option is, I would suppose, used-refurbished, or just plain, roll-the-dice used boards....that is, when you can even find one or two...On ebay, most are shipped from China, leaving me dead cold, thinking of the return hassle, etc. My son replaced a CPU in the slot, couldn't post, looked at the socket pins, and sure enough 15-20 are bent.
Throwing my hands up....and this board is a Z97 Gaming 5 MSI. I know MSI won't RMA ones with damaged or bent pins. Finding quite a few "mining" boards, no go. Want full ATX...any brand will do. Some help, offers, advice? Thanks in advance

Can get almost a new computer for $250 sell off the parts you dont want.
