Question Can't find all Sata ports on motherboard

Using a msi b450 tomahawk motherboard. It's site says it has 6 sata ports, but the closest thing that I see on the actual motherboard, aside from 2 sata ports, are 4 "sys fans" ports. my default case fans are are plugged in elsewhere and working. Can I use those 4 "sys fans" ports for my additional drives?

Fan ports and SATA ports are two very different connections. Usually the SATA ports are on the lower right side of the motherboard.

What model MSI is it?

Motherboard "Sata Ports" deliver data to the drives.

Drives are POWERED from PSU hook ups.

Motherboard does not power drives. Sys Fans are for FANS, DO NOT use these to power your drives, u will burn the connectors.
