I finally got the game running. I ran into a little hiccup after I got the game installed. What happened was that, Ubisoft games require intermediate software to organize all your games that were published by Ubisoft (similar to the steam software), called "UPlay". After signing into an account I hardly remember creating about a year ago, I tried to start playing AC3, UPlay asked me for a CD-key. Well, I thought they wanted the 24 digit promotion code that I received with my graphics card, but that was considered an invalid CD-Key. Then I assumed they wanted me to use the 9 digit code that NVidia emailed me when I activated the 24 digit Promo code, this also didn't work. So, after a little bit of research I found this:
http://ubisoft-en.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/17519/~/invalid-cd-key-issues-for-assassins-creed-iii and read how they are expecting a 19 digit CD-key, which I didn't think I had. Well turns out, when I used the 9 digit code, to purchase the AC3 game for free through Ubisoft's website, I created a new UPlay account tied to an email I hardly use and after purchase, they emailed me that 19 digit CD-Key.
So through this entire process of the "free Assassin's Creed 3 upon purchase of an NVidia GTX series", you received a 24 digit promotion code in the mail, a 9 digit free game code from NVidia, and finally a 19 digit CD-Key received through email after purchase, to activate the already installed AC3 through UPlay. I finally have the game running and I'm happy to have suffered through this process so that I can shed some light on some possible frustrations others may experience, and if they read this thread they can figure out what is going on. I'm sure there are other issues other people are having.
Also for those of you who want to delete the files that are extracted into the Temp directory, after installing the game, and cannot find the files, you may have one of your directories containing the extracted files set to "hidden", to view these hidden directories(Windows 7):
Go to Start->Control Panel and search "folder".
Click on "Show hidden files and folders".
Close to the top, look for "Hidden files and folders".
Check the bubble/box that says "Show hidden files, folders and drives".
Click "OK"
Now you should be able to get to the directory that the files are being extracted to.

NOTE: You can delete the 16.7GB of .rar files and .exe file after extraction is complete. Then you can delete the 15.3 GB of extracted .CAB, etc. files after the installation is complete.
