Cant find correct switch

Guys i simply cant find a 4 pole 4 way switch
or the single switch i found didnt specify what poles went were

that is not what im trying to do
This is way before the selection of what pickups im using
This is meant to be a seperate switch that control what and how it uses those 2 coils
