[SOLVED] Can't Find Detailed UEFI Setting Reference

I teach IT support at a community college. I've had a heck of a time finding a detailed reference for the UEFI settings for the Asus motherboards we use in our lab. I've contacted Asus support and AMI support (I think) and neither could help.

Any ideas where I can find a detailed reference for all of those settings?

Different versions, vendors, & motherbd manufacturers, have different options available and naming schemes in the 'bios' and I am not aware of a 1-stop reference for what they "do"
