Can't find Graphics card model and Not Recognized!

I recently bought a graphics card and finally have gotten it into my computer; however, I do not know what driver I need to install. I checked device manager, but it only lists the "Standard VGA" setup under Display Adapters (it doesn't recognize the card, hence my needing to install the driver).
The guy I bought it from on craigslist had changed the cooler fan on it, so the label of the card is not on it.

you could take the card out and look at the underside of the card should have a small sticker with model number on it
