I did the latest windows 10 update and now I can't find my harddrive I have all my games on... it won't appear on the file explorer.

Please help, also, I don't know any of the technical terms and I only have one computer so please don't confuse me. I'm so annoyed. EVERY update ***** up!

I am assuming the Toshiba is your operating system drive. It looks indeed that your F drive is gone. Did you check the sata and power cable connections? Can you see the F drive in your BIOS? Even if the Windows update screwed something up, it should be visible in the BIOS.
Since it looks like drive G is an external HDD, I don't see the drive in question here. Now, right-click start again, this time selecting "device manager." Click the arrows to the left of "disk drives," "storage controllers" and "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers" and post that screenshot.

I'm not talking about the external hard drive, I had an F Drive and I can't see it anymore, that one is internal.
Also I can't see storage controllers when I click on disk drives. But I do see Storage controllers as its own.

What do you see under "IDE ATA/ATAPI controllers?" My guess is that the SATA controller driver got messed up, in which case it can be fixed by right-clicking the SATA controller, uninstalling it from device manager, and re-starting the PC. (Windows will re-install the driver on booting and should then see all drives)

Also, expand "other devices" and show what's in there.

Turns out it wasn't even showing up in thw BIOS, I just reconnected the sata cable that on my motherboard, rebooted the PC and all was good lol. Thanks for helping man!
