Cant find my HDD

So I just build a new PC and I am using 2 HDD from my last PC, but when I hook them up, I cant find them, I've looked everywhere and cant find a solution.

As this a new build, first I'd recommend that you check if all the SATA cables (power and data) are properly connected to the motherboard, PSU and drives. Is there any drive at all that's recognized and that you've installed Windows on? If "yes", what do you mean by "everywhere" have you checked BIOS, Device Manager and Disk Management? You could try those HDDs with a different computer to see if they are properly recognized.
