Hey buddy, I see no one has jumped at this yet. Kind of an extreme measure on the factory reset though, that will set you back an hour or so on the windows 10 upgrade.. I see it has been a couple of hours, is this still an issue? If so, how bout going into a command prompt, type the 'ol ipconfig /all. (note "ipconfig" by itself may suffice). Post what is says your ipv4 address is. We will start there. Next list the make and model of nic card. Best way is to type msinfo32 in command line and drill down to network adapter. Kind of leaning towards a driver issue since is has worked before. Rare, but happens. Just basically need a tad more info. Lets not overlook the sometimes obvious, but rare again, component failure...

Shifting from getting some basic stuff off the computer handled, is there a way to verify your isp connection (modem router working good etc..)
