[SOLVED] Can't find nvme m.2 SSD in bios, but can find it when installing Windows ?

I have a samsung 980 m.2 SSD and a gigabyte z97x-gaming 3, when I install windows I get through the install but after the restart it just tries to install windows again. I've tried to enable all the correct settings in bios but it still wont appear.

Yes I'm using the m.2 slot on the motherboard but not sure if it's the latest bios on the mobo.

Updating bios solved the problem
