Can't find old racing game

hello.
I remember it was around 2000 and i was playing a racing game.
the game was with racing cars, first level was at night, nocturne lights, the cars were small and i also remember the car i was racing was white and red. i also think the name jordan was in the game. it was kinda futurist in back in the days. searched with those tags all over on google and found nothing , hope some of you remember the game and share its name with me

I didn't found the game in that article but the graphics looks like the ones in POD. I remember that the game started with the car selfdriving and offering a side view of the car, and then the view was sliding to the bask of the car, the race starts while the car is moving and only after that you van control the car. The environment was sort of like a futurist racing track, night , blue to gray colors, light bulbs on the edge of the track
