I recently uninstalled multiple things on my computer and ended up being disconnected from my router. Instead of having to put in my password. It is asking for an 8 digit pin, yet I can't find it anywhere on the router.
It is a n600
1) Open the web browser that you use: Firefox,Google Chrome,IE,or Opera and type in the IP address for your router,and press the Enter key.

2) A window will open and then type in your routers default username and password,and press the Enter key again

3) Navigate to the Wireless Security\Network Security Settings Tab and open it to locate or change your WEP or WPA Security...
It is in the router.
You need to use the Router password with a browser, to get into the control panel of the router.
Then you can read or make a new PIN.

4) Write this Security Passphrase down and put it in a safe place to access when needed.
