Cant find Realtek Audio Manager in control panel

So I recently installed windows 10 pro and then downloaded the windows 10 audio driver from the realtek website and from what I read the audio manager is supposed to be installed with the drivers. Im not sure what kind of information about my computer im supposed to give but ask me and ill supply.

It's not going to be in the Control Panel, it'll show up in Device Manager.

I uninstalled the current driver and downloaded the driver from my mobo's support site and now its back in the control panel.
