I have a tower which doesn't have Wi-Fi built in, so I have a Tlink USB Adapter.
That has worked fine for a few years.
In the last 12 months I brought a new Dlink router.
Now when I am on the computer and go to Wi-Fi it shows everyone Elses connections except mine.
I tried downloading new drivers but seeing as my Tlink USB Adapter is a version 3 it doesn't have any download for it.
I am using windows 10.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Thank you for the welcome.
I am not very tech savvy so please be patient with me.
Router is a Dlink AX1800 and the Tlink is a TLWN822N.
I will have to give you the Motherboard and Bios when I get home from work sorry.

And I will add the suggestion to also run "ipconfig /all" without quotes via the Command Prompt.

You should be able to copy and paste the results herein without needing to retype everything.

Some those USB adapters do not last very long. Check the adapter before boot up.

Once the system is booted, carefully feel the adapter. Is the adapter warm or even hot? Especially if simply plugged into a USB port on the I/O panel or case.

If so, try using a USB extension cable to move the wireless USB network adapter up and away from the case.

Both cooler air and/or physical relocation may help improve performance.

That is a really old wifi adapter. I think it only runs on 2.4g.

Your router might be using radio channels that the nic card does not support. It is also old enough that it might not support all the encryption options. You need to check the router setting and if maybe it has disabled the support for older network equipment.

It appears your router supports WiFi 6. Your USB adapter needs to be upgraded to support the full capability of that router to take advantage of it’s features. Look for one that supports WiFi 6. D-Link makes them but other vendors do too.
Additionally, if you have the install CD, make sure you install the driver and utility from the install menu. That will give you the opportunity to use the WPS button install method. Most routers are backwards compatible, but in reality you’re depriving yourself using the USB adapter you have.
