Cant Find Temp files? (odd)

I moved to an SSD and kept everything on my HDD, but when I started up, for example, Battle.net, it said that I could not find the games I had on my HDD. Weird. I investigate and go to settings>storage, and I have about no GB on my games tab and about 500GB (About how much I had in games before) in my temp files. (Keep in mind I haven't deleted anything from my HDD). I check the temp files folder with %temp% and there is clearly not 500GB worth of storage in that folder, I deleted everything in the folder and only gained about 5gb of storage. Where is the rest of the 500+gb coming from?
