Symptoms leading up to the problem:
This is my first post here so please excuse me for my spelling mistakes as english is not my main language. Basically on these past days I've been experiencing some Blue Screens, it doesn't occur too much, maybe twice a week.
It happened twice while gaming and twice doing nothing special on the pc, not using much GPU or CPU.
I built this computer 2 years ago, I overclocked it to 4.0GHz and had no problems with it until now.
My temperatures are amazing, my airflow is extremely good. It's rare for the cpu or gpu to reach 60c. I did replace my gpu a few weeks ago from a gtx 770 to a Gtx 980 and the graphics card runs good in gaming. I did multiple stress tests on my GPU and CPU with Prime95 and FurMark for an hour and a half and i had good temperatures and no BSoD while that happened.
I also did the windows diagnostics memory test, took like 4 or 5 hours and it had no errors with the memory so I don't know what it is..

Here are my specs:
CPU Intel core i7-4770K
GPU NVIDIA Geforce GTX 980 Evga superclocked
RAM 8GB Corsair Vengeance Pro 1600MHz
PSU Rosewill 750W ATX12V / EPS12V
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-Z87X-UD3H ATX LGA1150
OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64

Here's what the blue screen says:

Here's what shows up after the blue screen when I boot up windows:

Solution
Directx is causing 3 of them, the other 3 maybe CPU related (hal.dll is crashing).

The hal.dll stop error can mean you're overclocking, the CPU is overheating, the CPU is faulty, or a core in the CPU is faulty.

Uninstall Gigabyte On/Off. This is a known cause of crashes. Uninstall daemontools. This is also a known cause of crashes

Your Nvidia video drivers are also crashing. Uninstall MSI Afterburner / GPU tweak, any programs youre using to overclock / tweak with

If AVG has been uninstalled, use]http://www.avg.com/au-en/utilities]use their removal tool to remove the rest of it[/url]

Everything should be updated, links and dmp's

I'm starting memtest86 right after this message is posted
As for the PSU I saw that my GPU it only needed 2 6 Pin connectors and my other 770 needed a 6 pin and a 8 pin. Shouldn't the 980 require less power? It says on the website that it only requires a 500w PSU...

Running the memtest atm, will post results as soon as possible after it's done, all the dmps are in the post updated.

I fixed the links, all the dmps are in the post updated.

Will test my HDD after memtest is done.
