Can't find the model of the GPU Fan

The fan on my graphics card is going bad and when I took it apart I found that there was no sticker on the back of it, I've looked everywhere and I can't find the fan model for a Zotac GTX 950 Single Fan so I can get a replacement, any help would be great

I did a quick parts search and I am not able to locate a fan for it. Might be a hard one to find as these are not always normal fans. I have a gtx 465 that has a dying fan. Almost impossible to find a replacement.
