Can't find virtualization option on my bios

hi
I really need some help for this..im going to upgrade my pc (windows 10 from 32 bit to 64 bit)u need the virtual technology thing in order to upgrade to 64 bit and ive been looking and restarting my pc several times to search for that thing..cant find it on my bios help
