you have to get one that is made for your EXACT model. might be reference design or a custom card. but it has to be made for that EXACT card. so what is your EXACT card you are looking to put a waterblock on?

There are a lot of hobbies you can do on a very small budget. Custom GPU cooling is not one of them. The parts are customized, not standardized, and have short, limited production runs. You can get waterblocks for specific GTX 1060s, but it's going to cost you as much or more as the entire GPU is worth. There's no option that involves buying a cheap generic product and just slapping it on.
