Can't find windows 10 driver

I bought a nic to put into a server im assembling and i cannot find a driver for the card. It is a sun quad ATLS1QGE. I need a working driver for windows 10. I have jumped through all of the actual hoops presented by the seller and none are working. The nic is showing up in device manager but i cant run the windows utility to find drivers either. I know it isnt fried but the intel installer says no intel nic is installed

It says windows 8. But that driver was released 3 days ago and is the same for all windows editions. That driver is going to work.

JK i found it for windows 10. Same exact driver though, but its named accordingly.

This is the exact system I have been through on two different occasions. Yours is the third try on a completely new install. Each time I receive the error "Cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer

How do you the adapter is not bad? Can you try another slot perhaps?
