Can't Find Windows 8.1

I can't seem to find a copy of Windows 8.1. I've looked every where. I can only find 7 and 10. Could someone possibly link me to one preferably USB? Thanks!

You may need to buy the DVD version and use a tool to make a USB stick version with it..
