[SOLVED] Can't find XMP in bios!

My computer is called ASUS G11CD-K. I've tried to update the bios so I could possibly find "XMP", but bios didn't update. I have another thread about that.

Is it a desktop or laptop. When I run the model number it comes up as both?

Sorry...Option is not available in the BIOS on some of these ASUS pre-builts.

It's called a FIXED BIOS and some options are locked...Nothing you can do.

Ok, but if I upgrade my motherboard, can I then do it? If yes, do you know any good motherboards that don't cost so much?

Make sure that case and your new board have Standard ATX Power connections. A lot of pre-built cases don't. Best to change case and board.

I plugged in the usb drive in a 3.0 usb port and then put in the bios file in the usb drive. Then i restarted the computer and pressed DEL to open bios. After that i went to the advanced tab and started EZFlash.

Won't update . it's Locked \Fixed. ASUS doesn't offer updates for these hybrid motherboards.

I've did that yesterday but it couldn't find the bios file. And "Dark_Lord_Tech" said that it doesn't help so I can't do anything but upgrade my pc.
