Cpu is i7-6700k, motherboard 170m pro4s with 32g ram at 2133mhz in task manager, and cpuz is saying less then 2133 any help would be appreciated.

Looks like your RAM is meant to run at 2133Mhz. No wonder why there's no XMP option in BIOS. You can overclock it though. Follow guides like these and you should be safe: https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/ram-overclocking-guide,4693.html

Edit: And about the GSkill 3200mhz RAM, yes, It'll perform better especially when in dual channel. And if you're getting a new RAM, make sure it's 3200mhz CL16.

Is your mobo ASRock Z170M PRO4S? Or H170M PRO4S?
And please provide full system specs, especially your RAM specs

Ok the module name is Crucial Technology.
No, not this. Just the manufacturer's name and the speed it's running on isn't what I need. :(
Download CPU Z and send me screenshots of the Memory and SPD tabs.(of each RAM slots)
If i buy Gskill trident at 3200mhz will that improve my fps in a game like DCS WORLD IN VR?
Probably, but first, let's see if you present RAM supports higher frequency.

Here're the link to the next pages. If you're getting adds/irrelevant links when clicking next page, changing the last digit of the URL address will send you to the desired page number. You can also resort to any other RAM overclocking guide on the internet. I never overclocked my RAM as my MOBO doesn't support it, so I can't make any personal suggestions.
