Can't finish install Windows 7 on my pc

Hi, I am new here and I have a problem during the windows 7 installation on my desktop. I boot win 7 from a USB drive and everything goes well till computer restarts and about at this point:

after about a minute or so, my screen goes black and it has blinking underscore in the top left corner. If I try to restart my computer then it just freezes at starting windows logo.
Tried to reset BIOS of the motherboard, load default settings, update BIOS, download different windows and some other things but unfortunetaly nothing helped me.

My pc specs:
Motherboard: Asus M4A87TD/USB3
CPU: Amd II X4 955 black edition
RAM: 6Gb
HDD: Seagate 1TB
Video card: Gtx 260

Test with one RAM stick at a time. If you happen to have a second hard drive to test with, try doing the setup then. Is this a new system you are setting up? The parts seem a bit old. Did it work at one time and you are just trying to re-install Windows?
