Question Cant fit both network card and gpu

So I recently upgraded pc components and after getting and trying to put in my gtx 1060 6gb I realised it doesn't fit with my network card in at the same time. I was wondering if there's any solution other than using Ethernet or a different motherboard.

Does the onboard Ethernet not work? What about a USB Wifi?
