cant format 8gb micro sd..it changes into RAW file system..how to solve..i tried more methods..but it cant solve..so give a solution to this problem

Some manufacturers have formatting tools for their cards, so you might try this as well to see if it fixes the issue.
Unfortunately there might be the possibility that the card might have failed as well, but hopefully this is not the case this time.

this solution not working for my card..if i gave a drive letter on cmd..it shows "this volume does not contain a recognized file system".

Hmm... what other method's have you tried so that I don't suggest something which you've already done and didn't work?
Have you tried via Disk Management?
Here's a link on how to do that: Formatting via Disk Management
The info is about partitioning and formatting of drives, but the formatting part is the same for an SD card as well. Just click on the corresponding OS and follow the steps which show how to format a drive.

already i tried via disk management method..but no use..and also i tried diskpart method.please give another method to solve..

I've this problem.it keeps removing automatically when I try to format.tried all the methods.It says WINDOWS IS UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE FORMAT.please help me
